OUR THERAPISTS ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Our therapists are independent contractors. They choose when they are available to work and open their schedules accordingly. As we see demand grow, we will add more therapists to cover more bookings.
Our therapists uphold the high standards of The Massage Sub Co and are encouraged to go "above and beyond" when scheduled. Encouraged to help with laundry, stocking supplies and rooms, flipping a room for a fellow therapist, greet clients, clean, and help with anything they can.
As we encourage them to provide these services, they are also human and get tired and need to rest in between clients on a heavily scheduled day. Please be thoughtful in making sure your massage sub gets a break for lunch/dinner, or a break to just breathe. They will be responsible for making sure of a break time that fits with what you have booked for them for the day. They will be going from place to place and will need a little direction in the process of your business practices.
Our therapists dress professionally, we suggest black clothing, or black scrubs as they will be possibly subbing at more than one location during the day and are neat and clean in appearance.
